About the Loud Life Foundation
The Loud Life Foundation helps individuals, families, and communities struggling with alcohol abuse, substance abuse, and drug addiction transform their lives.
The youth of today are faced with many responsibilities and hardships along the way. They will be tomorrow’s leaders, charged with their own personal challenges along with being conscientious citizens to keep their communities strong.
I would like to think that the Foundation can positively affect the next generation and continue to help them to live their lives to the fullest.
The number of deaths, suicides and incarceration of young individuals in this country is increasing drastically, and we need to take action as a community to help put a stop to it.

David Sigal
I’m David Sigal, I am blessed to say with the love and support of my family and through the professionals at The Woods at Parkside, a treatment center, I am not another statistic to this growing drug epidemic. It is my passion, and I believe my mission, to give back to help others and to make a positive impact in this world.
In 2014, I formed a 501c3 non-profit organization called Loud Life. The Loud Life Foundation helps individuals, families, and communities struggling with alcohol abuse, substance abuse, and drug addiction transform their lives.
As a Recovery Advocate & Motivational Speaker, I have spoken to thousands of students and multiple schools all over the state of Ohio and beyond. I help assist families and individuals into sustained recovery, provide direction for detox, treatment, aftercare, sober living and individualized recovery plans.
My organization has gained community involvement through professional businesses, Rotary Clubs, TV news and media events, the Ohio Attorney Generals office and most recently a personal invitation to speak on Capital Hill in Washington, DC. with Senator Portmans office.
I’m looking forward to increasing avenues to expand my voice through news outlets, media, TV, radio, and social media and soon to announce my Pod Cast Series.
Through my personal journey, getting treatment and first hand knowing what addiction can do to someone, we Inspire and empower those willing to change their lives.

Loud Life is a cause that is incredibly important to me because I am not only David’s Mother but also the VP of the Foundation. We are so proud of David that he is making this his priority in life to give back to individuals and their families suffering from drug and substance abuse. His ongoing commitment to helping others with their struggle with addiction is inspiring and his courage sets an example for all of us in the community.

David Sigal – CEO of Loud Life
My Story:
David Sigal was a remarkable, 6’5” athlete in high school. He had dreams like any other healthy high school kid. However, after a sports-related back injury left him unable to move and in excruciating pain, his parents, naturally sought medical attention. David was put on 6 different pain killers and in no time became addicted to the very drugs that were supposed to help him. He was young, naive and out of control. He hit rock bottom in 2011. David, with the full support of his family, entered a drug treatment facility.
Today, David is a recovering drug addict, dedicated to educating both the young and old to the realities and devastating nature of drug addiction. In 2014 he started two businesses that would allow him to spread his message… Loud Life Clothing and the Loud Life Foundation. (“Loud” stands for Live Out Ur Dreams”)
Loud Life Clothing is a “for profit” company, established only to provide funding for it’s “non-profit” counter part, Loud Life Foundation a registered 501c3. Through his foundation, David provides modern day drug-prevention programs speaking at local schools, churches and business. His life mission is to reach as many people as possible with his inspirational message aimed at drug prevention and after care programs.
